Dr. Faisal Mohamed Bashir Shafiq AlSarraj- Assistant Professor in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology.

Interested in studying antibiotic-resistant bacteria that cause urinary tract infection (UTI), and methods of studying its structure, pathogenicity methods, and virulence factors, by means of biotechnologies used in the modern era from several devices, with the use of several methods of prevention and treatment through natural extracts or new antibiotics reconstituted and changed their properties.

 

Interest in studying the genetic and protein profiles of pathogenic microbes and ways to define them molecularly.

  8. Methods of Effect of Antibiotics and Photodynamic Therapeutic Devices on ESBL Strains of Urinary Tract Infection Bacteria.
  9. Study of the genetic sequence and protein structure of some types of antibiotic-resistant microbes such as MRSA and ESBL.
