- Course Description:
The course is an overall introduction that aims to provide students with the basic principles of the flowering plants morphology, anatomy, physiology, and their interaction with the environment.
- Course Main Objective:
The student will achieve competency concerning the following aspects of plant biology:
- How plants grow and acquire the resources necessary for growth, development, and survival.
- Plant flowering and reproduction.
- Anatomy of plant tissue.
- Interactions between the plant and the environment the plant lives in and how this impacts plant growth and survival.
