  • Course Description:

    This course is designed to study the fundamentals of animal tissue culture. It also trains the students to cultivate animal tissues using deferent methods and describe the applications of cells culture in our life science.

     

  • Course Main Objective:
  • 1-To understand the main principle of animal cells and tissues culture.
  • 2-To describe different modern methods and equipment employed in the scale-up of animal cell culture.
  • 3-To know the contamination of tissue cultures and ways to sterile techniques in culturing.
